Orders are fulfilled by our independent third-party suppliers and subject to final availability and quality verification. If the specific part selected is not available we may substitute it with one of similar type and quality, Some larger items may require additional removal and processing time before shipping or pickup. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled as requested, we will cancel your order and notify you.
All parts purchased on Infinity Auto Spares are covered by our 30 Days Standard Warranty. If a part fails within 30 Days of the delivery date, the buyer must notify Infinity Auto Spares within 7 days of part Failure. The part will be inspected to determine the reason for failure, and the buyer shall be provided with a replacement part or a refund of the purchase price at the discretion of Infinity Auto Spares Warranty is not applicable on Electronics Components. Warranty does not include the cost of installation or removal labour, or towing. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation, normal wear and tear, modification, collision damage, environmental damage or off-road, commercial, or marine use. Infinity Auto Spares does not guarantee cosmetic appearance of mechanical parts.
Return and Refund Policy
As per our return policy we only acceptFaulty or Incorrect part shipped. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.You may return purchased parts for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Returns must be requested and postmarked within 48 hours of item receipt. All parts must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds shall be issued within 7 days of item receipt back to ours yard.All parts and cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days. No exceptions. For all returns you will have to provide a clear point-wise explanation about the reasons why you wish to return your item.If products are purchased simply for the purpose of testing, or the order has been placed by mistake, return would not be accessible in that case. Broken or wrong part return will only be accepted when customer provides a Unboxing Video. No exception.Return for all mechanical failure parts will only be accepted with a proper diagnostic report. No exception.We DO NOT Accept Returns on OPENED Electrical and Electronic Parts – No Exceptions. Electrical parts are easily damaged by improper installation or testing therefore we cannot accept returns on these items unless they are NOT plunged-in, opened or unsealed.Please do not write on the “boxes” your parts come in as your product will not be considered “resalable”

We do not accept order cancellations because we often package products within an hour of ordering which is why we don’t have the ability to cancel orders. If you entered an incorrect address when checking out, we advise you to contact the shipping company as the receiver of the package when you receive your tracking number. If you need additional parts please submit a new separate order. We can’t change part numbers or quantities once the order has been placed.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Ground orders are usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days subject to availability, weather, and vendor delays. Please note some orders may take longer to ship. Some orders may take longer than 7 days.Truck freight orders are usually delivered in 7-11 business days. All truck freight deliveries will be scheduled through the shipping carrier with the customer and need a valid daytime phone number.Tracking numbers should be emailed to you within 1-3 business days, some tracking numbers may take longer to update.. All of the timeframes listed above are estimates only. In some cases tracking updates and shipping times will be longer then stated.If a product is not accepted by a client at the delivery address, Infinity Auto Spares would not be responsible.
